Welcome to FLYBY. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FLYBY aircraft charter platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking an aircraft, or listing an aircraft on FLYBY, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Pilots must hold valid licenses and certifications required by applicable aviation authorities.

3. Platform Services

FLYBY provides a digital platform that connects aircraft owners with renters. FLYBY is not the operator of the aircraft unless explicitly stated. The rental agreement is concluded directly between the aircraft owner and the renter.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Comply with all aviation laws and safety regulations.
  • Maintain valid insurance coverage where required.
  • Respect agreed booking times and aircraft conditions.

5. Payments & Fees

All payments must be made through approved payment methods on the platform. Service fees, commissions, or applicable taxes will be clearly displayed before confirmation. FLYBY reserves the right to modify pricing structures with prior notice.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the aircraft owner’s terms. Refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.

7. Insurance & Liability

Aircraft owners are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage. FLYBY is not liable for damages, losses, or incidents arising from aircraft operation, except where required by applicable law.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Interfering with platform security or functionality.
  • Bypassing the platform to avoid service fees.

9. Account Suspension

FLYBY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the community’s safety and integrity.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, branding, text, and software, remains the property of FLYBY and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Modifications to Terms

FLYBY may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international aviation and commercial laws.
